These Terms of Use govern your use of the iOS and Android apps UnitNote, provided by the UnitNote Developer. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of the Service

UnitNote is a tool that helps users convert units in everyday and technical contexts. The App’s calculation results are provided for general information and convenience. They do not replace professional engineering design, medical judgment, legal advice, financial decisions, or safety-critical decision-making.

If you use a result for an important purpose, you should independently verify it using official standards, manufacturer information, or a qualified professional.

2. License to Use

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal and lawful purposes.

You must not copy, resell, reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the normal operation of the App except where permitted by applicable law.

3. In-App Purchase

The App offers a one-time, non-consumable In-App Purchase that permanently unlocks premium features. UnitNote Pro is not a subscription and does not automatically renew.

• Payments are processed through the Apple App Store and StoreKit, or Google Play and Google Play Billing.
• The price and purchase conditions are shown before payment.
• Purchases may be restored only on the same platform and store account where they were made, subject to the applicable store policies and technical requirements. An iOS purchase is not automatically activated on Android.
• The App provides a Restore Purchases function in Settings.
• Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may process limited anonymous purchase-related information and entitlement status to verify purchases and provide Pro features. Payment card numbers, bank account information, and Apple or Google account passwords are not provided to the Developer or RevenueCat.
• Refunds and payment cancellations are handled according to Apple’s or Google Play’s policies and procedures.

4. Changes to or Discontinuation of the App

The Developer may change App features and configuration for quality improvements, bug fixes, operational needs, or legal reasons. Where reasonably possible, the Developer will respect already purchased non-consumable premium access.

5. Accuracy and Limitation of Liability

The Developer makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate conversion formulas and unit data, but does not guarantee that every result will always be complete or error-free.
